Reset Retreat: Italy
The Women's Reset — Umbria, Italy
A week to come back to yourself
October 23–30, 2027 · Locanda del Gallo, Umbria, Italy
An immersive retreat for women ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return home with clarity, energy, and intention.
You give so much of yourself to your work, your family, and your community. This week is for you. Because the way you care for yourself shapes everything else in your life.
Who this retreat is for
The Women's Reset is for women who:
Spend more time caring for others than caring for themselves
Are moving through a season of change, growth, or transition
Feel stretched thin and want to feel like themselves again
Want a life that feels sustainable and enriching
Believe that how we treat ourselves shapes how we show up for everyone else
Whether you're a business owner, executive, mother, caregiver, creative, or simply ready for a pause, you'll return home rested, clear, and reconnected to what matters most.
Why a reset, and why here
Most of us know how to keep going. Fewer of us know how to stop, listen, and ask what we actually need and desire.
Grounded in The Co-Care Framework™ and the science of positive psychology and well-being, The Women's Reset gives you the space to do exactly that, surrounded by the beauty of the Umbrian countryside.
This isn't a lecture hall. It's vineyards and olive groves, ancient villages and walking trails, a warm kitchen and a quiet yoga studio. Every experience is designed to help you rest, reflect, and rediscover yourself.
You'll leave refreshed, and with simple practices to carry the feeling home.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause.

Together in Italy
Kristen and Lara bring complementary perspectives to the Leadership Reset—mindful self-leadership and embodied awareness alongside entrepreneurship, exploration, and reinvention.
Together, they invite women to step outside the pace and expectations of everyday life and into an experience designed to create space for presence, perspective, and possibility.
Against the restorative backdrop of Umbria, you’ll have room to move, reflect, explore, reconnect, and return home with greater clarity about what matters now, what comes next, and how you want to live and lead along the way.
Six pillars of self-leadership
Clarity: Step back from the noise and get clear on what matters most to you now.
Self-Awareness: Notice your patterns, needs, and emotions with curiosity and kindness.
Presence: Learn simple mindfulness practices that bring you back to the moment.
Restoration: Build habits of rest and renewal that protect your energy and prevent burnout.
Connection: Nurture the relationships that fill you up, including the one with yourself.
Courage: Honor your voice, set healthy boundaries, and make choices that reflect who you are.
A gentle daily rhythm
Each day balances learning, movement, reflection, and plenty of room to simply be.
Morning movement: Start the day with yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement to feel grounded and present.
Reset sessions: Warm, interactive workshops on self-awareness, well-being, and self-care, with simple tools you can use right away.
Reflection and journaling: Quiet, guided time to listen to yourself and turn insight into intention.
Afternoon restorative yoga: Slow down, calm your nervous system, and let your body rest.
Free time: Space for meaningful conversation, a nap, a walk, or a glass of wine in the sun. Rest isn't a reward. It's the point.
Spa experiences: Optional spa treatments are available to book throughout the week.
Experiences that nourish
Out in Umbria
Assisi: Wander the peaceful streets of this historic hill town and reflect on what gives your life meaning.
Perugia: Explore Umbria's lively capital and its hidden underground city, a reminder that our deepest strength often lies beneath the surface.

Frantoi Aperti (Open Olive Mills): Join a beloved Umbrian tradition celebrating patience, care, and the rewards of slow cultivation.
Excursions may change based on season, weather, and local events. Any substitutions will offer the same spirit of rest, connection, and renewal.
At the villa
Italian cooking: Slow down and enjoy preparing an authentic meal together, then share it around the table.
Creative reflection: Guided art experiences to spark creativity and self-discovery. No experience needed.
Truffle hunting: A playful seasonal adventure in patience, curiosity, and the joy of discovery.
